Client Relations & Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out (Female Preferred)

A growing interior fit-out, joinery, and maintenance company in Dubai is looking for a Client Relations & Business Development Executive to help expand our project pipeline.

We are seeking someone who already understands the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry and can actively develop client relationships, generate new leads, and help convert projects.

This is a client-facing role requiring confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and renovation market
• Build relationships with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and property owners
• Generate new leads and project opportunities
• Attend client meetings and present company services

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand project requirements and coordinate internally for proposals
• Follow up on quotations and project discussions
• Help convert inquiries into confirmed projects

Market Networking

• Develop partnerships with design studios, real estate brokers, and developers
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and networking opportunities

Requirements

• 3–7 years UAE experience in business development, sales, or client relations within:
• Interior design
• Fit-out companies
• Construction industry
• Strong network within design, construction, or property sectors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships
• Must be currently based in the UAE

Preferred

• Female candidates preferred (client-facing role)
• UAE driving license
• Background in interior design, architecture, or construction industry

Compensation

• Competitive base salary

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
