Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in multiple languages as required.
- Provide outstanding client services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through detailed data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Assist customers with account management tasks such as updating information, processing transactions, or handling cash when necessary.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service processes, and achieve departmental goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery.
- Support the team with administrative tasks including typing reports, managing documentation, and maintaining organized records.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism and confidentiality while providing consistent client support.
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles is highly preferred.
- Proven ability in outbound calling, sales support, or client services environments.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
- Experience handling cash transactions or cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and improve service quality.
