Client Relationship Manager
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, requirements, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, production, and accounts) to ensure timely execution of client projects.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-ups to strengthen client loyalty.
- Organize and participate in client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Collaboration with Architects & Interior Designers:
- Establish strong working relationships with architects and interior design firms for project collaborations.
- Support architects/interior designers with product knowledge, technical specifications, and samples.
- Conduct presentations and workshops for design professionals to showcase company offerings.
- Provide project-specific guidance and ensure alignment of products/services with client needs.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in business development or client servicing in the interior design, architecture, or building materials industry.
- Ability to network and build strong professional relationships.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with client-first attitude.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Client Servicing (preferably in interior design, architecture, modular furniture, real estate, or allied industries).
Knowledge of interior materials, furniture, or construction products will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
