Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager/Chapter Head of a Community on behalf of our client, to handle premium clients and key business accounts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and prior experience managing high-net-worth individuals in sectors like hospitality, coworking (e.g., WeWork), or banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build and manage relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
• Ensure a seamless and high-touch client experience
• Address concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations
• Maintain accurate client records and communication logs

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Background in hospitality, banking, or coworking environments preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Candidates residing within 5 km of Kondapur preferred

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
• Travel will be required

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹79,000.00 per month
