Job Description

Gulf Star Services is hiring a professional Client Relationship Officer to manage and maintain strong relationships with clients. This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in banking or life insurance, who are confident in client handling, follow-ups, and service coordination. The role focuses on client satisfaction, trust-building, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and service coordination professionally
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction history
• Update and manage client information using CRM systems
• Resolve client concerns and escalate issues when required
• Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
• Follow company SOPs and maintain professional conduct

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in Client Relationship / Customer Handling
• Banking or Life Insurance background is mandatory
• Good working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
