Client Retention Manager (SEO Campaign)

Job Description

We are hiring a Client Retention Manager. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention for our campaigns of Digital Marketing & SEO.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain client relationships professionally
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve concerns effectively
• Coordinate with teams running Digital Marketing & SEO campaigns
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
• Improve client retention and engagement
• Provide updates and reports regarding campaign performance

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Client Retention, Customer Support, or BPO industry preferred
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing & SEO campaigns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Professional attitude and team collaboration

Job Details:

• Location: Iqbal Town
• Shift Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM
• Salary: Negotiable
