Key Responsibilities – Client Retention Specialist
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention
- Proactively engage customers approaching renewal to prevent churn and address concerns in advance
- Identify at-risk accounts and implement effective retention strategies to minimize cancellations
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and CRM touchpoints
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable upgrades or add-on services
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Meet assigned retention, renewal, and upsell targets
- Handle objections, complaints, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, renewals, and upsells in the CRM
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and communication standards
- Prepare periodic reports on retention performance, churn rates, and upsell revenue
