Client Service Agent

IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat promptly and effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
  • Maintain a professional tone and deliver high-quality customer support at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally under pressure.

Timings: 5:00 PM TILL 2:00AM
LOCATION: Bahria town-Lahore.
NIGHT SHIFT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
