Client Services Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Services Executive to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service quality, and acting as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Position: Client Services Executive
Location: Lahore (NIGHT-SHIFT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Manage client communications and address queries in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams (billing, coding, AR) to ensure smooth operations
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical billing or client services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
