Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
- Maintain a professional tone and deliver high-quality customer support at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally under pressure.
Timings: 5:00 PM Till 2:00AM
LOCATION: Bahria town-Lahore.
