Client Success Associate (B2B - USA Construction Market Expertise)

Location: Shadman Colony , Lahore
Office Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities from USA-based contractors, subcontractors, and construction companies.
  • Promote and sell construction estimating, quantity takeoff, and pre-construction support services.
  • Convert leads into long-term clients through consultative selling.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client project requirements and coordinate with the internal estimation team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of estimates and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.

Market Development

  • Research the USA construction and pre-construction market to identify potential clients and projects.
  • Use platforms such as LinkedIn, email marketing, construction directories, and bidding platforms to generate leads.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.

Coordination with Estimation Team

  • Communicate project details and scope clearly to estimators.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of estimates and proposals.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve services.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Provide weekly reports on lead generation, conversions, and sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client success in the construction or estimation industry.
  • Strong understanding of USA pre-construction and bidding processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with lead generation, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work with USA time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling construction estimating or takeoff services.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings, blueprints, and project scopes.
  • Existing network of US contractors or subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of construction bidding platforms such as PlanHub, ConstructConnect, BuildingConnected, or Dodge.
