We have a BIG team of dedicated and certified engineers on different technology streams like Networking, Security, Virtualization, Cloud and Cyber Security. We help our clients to meet the challenge of implementing and growing a secure, scalable and reliable enterprise infrastructure platform.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and smooth post-delivery support. You will serve as a point of contact for clients after services have been delivered, addressing their needs, handling follow-up requests, and making sure they continue to have a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients after service delivery.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and after-service requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and building positive relationships.
  • Document and track client feedback, service requests, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, client records management, and reporting.
  • Prepare client service reports and updates for management review.
  • Assist in improving processes and workflows that enhance client experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or client relations is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
