What You’ll Do

As a Client Success Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for your assigned client:

● Calendar & Inbox Management: Organize schedules, reminders, follow-ups, and meeting preparation.

● Client Meetings: Join Zoom calls, take structured notes, and ensure timely action on deliverables.

● Communication Coordination: Manage communication across time zones via email, calls, and messaging platforms.

● CRM & Tracking: Maintain tasks, pipelines, documents, and client records across multiple systems.

● Lead Generation & Outreach: Support lead generation using the client’s preferred approach, including cold calling and prospect follow-ups.

● Research & Reporting: Conduct research (vendors, comps, market data, lead lists) and prepare clear summaries.

● Document Preparation: Create and update spreadsheets, checklists, trackers, and SOPs.

● Light Content Support: Assist with post scheduling and simple Canva edits when required.

● Real Estate Support (if applicable): Mananage listing coordination, showing schedules, documentation, and MLS-related tasks.

What We’re Looking For

● Excellent written and spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.

● 1–2+ years of experience in Client Success, Admin, Operations, or Customer Support (real estate experience is a strong plus).

● Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, and quick adaptability to CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, LionDesk).

● Highly organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency.

● Consistent availability for night-shift work.

● Dependable, punctual, and committed to confidentiality and NDAs.
