Client Success & Outbound Sales - Wrap GFX

Who we are

Wrap GFX is Nashville's premier commercial vehicle wrap shop. We wrap fleets, brand commercial vehicles, and produce large-format print work for businesses across the region. We do premium work, we don't compete on price, and we take what we do seriously. We have in-house design, in-house printing, and an install team that handles everything from single vehicles to regional fleet rollouts.

The opportunity

We're building out our commercial sales function and we want someone who can grow with it. This role starts in Client Success for six weeks so you learn the business, the product, and the client base from the inside. After that you move into outbound sales with a clear target, a real commission structure, and no ceiling on what you can earn.

If you want a comfortable phone-answering job, this isn't it. If you want to build something, own a territory, and get paid well for closing deals, read on.

What to expect - week by week

  • Weeks 1 and 2: Learn the shop. Shadow installs. Learn our CRM. Handle inbound calls and leads alongside the team. Understand what we actually sell and why clients choose us.
  • Weeks 3 and 4: Own the inbound lead process. Qualify every lead using our system. Route deals through the pipeline. Start building your target list of commercial and fleet prospects in Nashville.
  • Weeks 5 and 6: Continue inbound while beginning your first outbound outreach. By end of week 6 you should have a pipeline of 15 to 20 active prospects and have made your first outbound contact.
  • Week 7 onward: Full outbound. Fleet and commercial prospecting across Nashville.
  • Month 3: First fleet deal closed. Commission exceeding base salary.
  • Month 6: Consistent commercial revenue. Commission is your primary income.

Phase 1 - Client Success (weeks 1 to 6)

  • Handle all inbound calls, web leads, and client inquiries
  • Qualify leads using our system and route them through the sales pipeline
  • Log every interaction in our CRM - no exceptions
  • Coordinate client pickups, confirmations, and post-job follow-ups
  • Learn the product, the shop, and the team inside out
  • Begin building your outbound prospect list in the background

Phase 2 - Outbound Sales (week 7 onward)

  • Proactively identify and pursue fleet and commercial wrap opportunities in Nashville
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of 30 plus active commercial prospects
  • Outreach via phone, email, in-person visits, and local networking
  • Quote, follow up, and close commercial deals independently
  • Collaborate with leadership on mid-size and large fleet opportunities
  • Report weekly activity, pipeline status, and revenue closed to leadership

What we're looking for

  • 1 to 3 years in sales, business development, or client-facing operations
  • You have done outbound before and you know what cold pipeline building actually feels like
  • You are comfortable on the phone and in person with business owners and fleet managers
  • You are organized and disciplined - everything gets logged, nothing falls through the cracks
  • You are Nashville-based and you know this market
  • Background in trades, auto, fleet, or B2B services is a strong plus
  • Experience with a CRM is a plus

Compensation

Phase 1 (weeks 1 to 6): $16 to $20 per hour. No commission pressure while you are learning.

Phase 2 (week 7+): Commission only. 10% on standard commercial deals, 12% on fleet contracts. Your hourly rate stays in place as a floor until your monthly commission exceeds it, at which point commission takes over fully. The switch is automatic and driven by your performance, not a calendar date.

Large fleet deals (200 plus units): Flat finder's fee structure agreed before engagement. Enterprise deals are a different animal, and we price accordingly.

There is no cap. What you earn is determined by what you close. Strong performers in month 6 are earning $80,000 to $90,000 annualized. There is real upside here for someone who can build a fleet book.

What this is not

  • A fully built pipeline handed to you on day one
  • A role where you wait for inbound and call it sales
  • A position for someone who needs to be managed closely to stay productive
  • Remote - you will be in the shop and in the field
