Job Title: Client Success Partner – Design Sales

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Salary: 100,000 PKR – 200,000 PKR + Uncapped Commission

Target: 5k$ to 10k$
Perks: Company-maintained car (based on target achievement)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Success Partner – Design Sales to join our team and drive long-term relationships with clients in the design industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, account management, or client success, particularly in a design or creative services environment. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, project success, and business growth by managing accounts, identifying upselling opportunities, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored design solutions.
  • Sales & Business Growth:
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional design services.
  • Work closely with the sales and design teams to craft proposals that align with client goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to unlock uncapped commission and growth perks.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and as per client expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, updates, and client feedback efficiently.
  • Ensure top-tier customer experience by addressing concerns proactively.
  • Data & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project milestones using CRM tools.
  • Analyze client data to identify patterns, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 2–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or sales.
  • Prior experience in design services, creative agencies, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of design concepts to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple clients at once.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.
