Job Summary

Digi Sparo is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work evening and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining quality standards
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain client satisfaction and build positive relationships
• Meet performance metrics and service level targets
• Follow company policies and data protection guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1+ year experience in customer service or client support (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work evening and night shifts
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
