Client Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Support Specialist to join our team and elevate our customer experience. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support, managing accounts, and fostering strong relationships. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally through multiple communication channels.
  • Manage client accounts efficiently using Salesforce or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to track interactions, updates, and service requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure client needs are met and solutions are aligned with their goals.
  • Support onboarding processes for new clients by guiding them through setup, training, and initial usage of our SaaS platforms.
  • Conduct analysis of client data to identify opportunities for upselling or account expansion while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in project management tasks related to client initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved effectively.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, feedback, and service issues to facilitate continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or account management within a SaaS or financial services environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with an energetic approach that motivates positive engagement.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and experience supporting sales teams through customer relationship management activities.
  • Analytical skills to interpret client data and generate insights that enhance service delivery.

Pay: $23.71 - $28.55 per hour
