Client Support Specialist

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide excellent service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via email and phone
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate client records

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or support experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
