Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: College Road, Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT)

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face interactions
  • Investigate customer concerns, determine root causes, and provide appropriate solutions with follow-up when required
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system
  • Process orders, applications, forms, and service requests accurately and efficiently
  • Follow company policies, service standards, and communication guidelines
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments when necessary
  • Recommend improvements to enhance customer service processes and efficiency
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
  • Maintain a professional, respectful, and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in customer service or client support is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
