Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at the clinic.
- Manage staff attendance, punctuality, and overall clinic discipline.
- Supervise clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper functioning of all clinic services, equipment, and utilities.
- Maintain and monitor medication inventory and the medical store.
- Regularly audit patient registers, documentation, and medical records.
- Ensure proper and safe clinical waste disposal according to protocols.
- Manage petty cash, utility bill payments, and related financial tasks.
- Conduct monthly medicine audits and ensure accurate stock records.
- Handle cash management, deposits, and related documentation.
- Assist in staff scheduling, doctor coordination, and workforce arrangements.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance for clinic equipment and infrastructure.
- Address and report any security-related issues.
- Support clinic promotional activities, including flyer distribution.
- Collect staff salary cash from the head office when required.
- Monitor generator maintenance, fuel usage, and log records.
- Ensure proper clinic closure protocols are followed daily.
