Clinic Manager

En Vogue Medical Center is looking to for a Clinic Manager for Dubai location, it is a front-facing role responsible for managing all patient inquiries related to reception, sales, internal referrals, treatment packages, service offerings, and complaints. This individual serves as the key liaison between the clinic and prospective or current patients, ensuring a high standard of customer service while actively driving revenue through strategic cross-selling and conversions.

The role plays a critical part in patient retention, satisfaction, and revenue generation. Decisions are made in collaboration with senior management to align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front desk activities. Overlook set procedures and systems ensuring they are always followed. Overlook frequency of bookings for existing patients and manage new patient’s bookings. Ensure efficient workflow.
  • Lead patient communication across all channels (in-person, phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.) regarding services, pricing, packages, and promotions.
  • Convert inquiries into bookings, upsell relevant services, and ensure patients are guided toward appropriate treatments.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of clinic offerings to effectively match services to patient needs and preferences.
  • Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally, providing solutions in collaboration with relevant departments and escalating when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-referrals and internal sales between departments or services.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inquiry trends, and patient feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management to optimize sales strategies and improve patient experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing internal/external team as clinic point of contact.
  • Participate in periodic strategy meetings to provide insights and recommendations based on patient interactions and sales trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (7-10 years) in sales, customer service, or relationship management, preferably in healthcare and wellness.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to drive conversions and sales.
  • Comfortable working closely with management to align on key decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience (7-10) years in a private clinic, aesthetic practice, or wellness center.
  • Knowledge of healthcare services or patient journey mapping.
  • Sales training or customer service training are a plus.
