Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and passionate Branch Head / Clinic Manager to lead our Andheri East branch. If you are a nutritionist or wellness professional with leadership experience, and you love inspiring teams while achieving results, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of consultants & therapists
• Drive performance, create growth plans, and manage staff development

Business & Target Achievement

• Set, monitor, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales & performance targets
• Share regular reports on sales, targets, and team performance

Clinic Operations

• Oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence
• Manage client escalations with empathy and professionalism

Contribute innovative ideas for branch growth and business development

• Requirements

· Minimum 4+ years of experience in team handling and target management (healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or service industry preferred)

· Qualification – Graduate from Nutrition/MSC Nutrition preferred (OR any one from Ayurvedic Panchakarma, Dietitian)

· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

· Passion for nutrition, wellness, and helping people heal naturally

· Proven ability to achieve business goals and manage operations independently
