Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise Resident Medical Officers to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in coordination with medical staff.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Provide training and support to RMOs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Act as a liaison between clinical staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Qualification: MBBS/MCPS /FCPS with Valid medical license
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience must be required from clinical and administrative side.
- Timing: 1 pm- 9 pm
- Strong leadership and communication skills & excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions.
