Position Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Representative with a background in healthcare to support the configuration, optimization, and training of EHR/EMR clinical workflows. The role involves working with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, efficient workflows, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Workflow Configuration
- Create and customize clinical templates, encounter forms, documentation tools, and order sets for different medical specialties.
- Support the design and improvement of EHR/EMR workflows, including SOAP notes, macros, lab orders, and procedure documentation.
- Configure medication workflows, alerts, and clinical decision support tools.
Training & User Support
- Conduct remote training sessions for US-based providers and internal staff on clinical documentation workflows and system features.
- Assist users in understanding documentation processes such as HPI, ROS, Physical Exam, Assessment, and Plan.
- Provide training on AI tools, e-prescribing, and integrated clinical modules.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Perform quality checks on clinical workflows, documentation templates, and integrated modules.
- Ensure documentation follows healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA, CMS, and MIPS.
- Support internal compliance reviews and audits.
Client & Task Management
- Respond to internal and external support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor client feedback and help improve service quality.
Collaboration & Product Improvement
- Work closely with clinicians to understand specialty-specific documentation needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and documentation processes.
- Participate in product testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Required Qualifications
- BDS, DPT, or Pharm-D (completed degree required).
- Knowledge of clinical documentation and healthcare workflows.
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems or healthcare IT is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and compliance standards is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours
- Summer: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Winter: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
