This Clinical Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for supporting the clinical team, coordinating resident care and services, monitoring departmental data, and ensuring documentation compliance. This position engages with residents, families, and providers to identify opportunities that will enhance person-centered plans of care and promote satisfaction.

Ecumen Pathstone consists of assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation care, memory care, adult day services, and independent living. Schedule: Monday - Friday, typical business hours. Can vary depending on business needs. Leadership on duty rotation.
Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $22.00 - $30.00 per hour. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Create and manage clinical team member schedules to ensure adequate coverage for resident care
Support the Clinical Director with administrative tasks like tracking metrics, auditing records, filing, and coordinating contracts
Keep up to date with policies and procedures, and consistently use Ecumen tools and systems
Ensure resident services are properly scheduled, completed, and documented in the Electronic Health Record system
Work with clinical and billing teams to review services and ensure accurate billing
Coordinate onboarding and training schedules; monitor compliance with ongoing training
Foster a positive team environment to support staff engagement and retention, while maintaining clear communication.
Participate in daily team meetings and respond to voicemails, emails, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Arrange transportation, appointments, and on-site clinics for residents
Order resident supplies and medical equipment in coordination with vendors
Perform other duties as assigned
