CNC Machine Operator

Company Overview:
We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality interior MDF doors. Our focus is precision, efficiency, and consistent production output. We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator who understands both machine operation and production workflow.

Position Summary:

The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery used in the production of interior doors. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Forklift and CNC machines (routers/saws) for cutting and machining MDF doors
• Set up tooling, load programs, and adjust machine settings
• Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and specifications
• Monitor production quality and ensure parts meet exact dimensions
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Work closely with production team to maintain workflow and output targets
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 CNC experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with woodworking or MDF products strongly preferred
• Familiarity with CNC software (e.g., Alphacam or similar)
• Experience with HOMAG or HOLZMA a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read blueprints and production drawings
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and production-focused
• Forklift experience is highly preferred

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
