Job description:
A well-established precision machine shop in the City of Chino is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer who can manage the full machining process, including programming, set-up, and operation. This is a hands-on role ideal for a highly skilled machinist who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines
• Perform program edits and troubleshooting as needed
• Work with multi-axis machines (3–5 axis)
• Operate both mills and lathes
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure quality and accuracy of finished parts
• Maintain production efficiency while adhering to safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC programming and machining experience
• Strong experience with multi-axis machining (3–5 axis)
• Proficiency with mills and lathes
• Experience with Haas, Doosan, and Kitamura machines preferred
• Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
• Mastercam Programming
