CNC Spindle Repair Technician

As a Spindle Repair Technician, you will assemble, repair, and rebuild sophisticated spindles in a clean-room environment. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of top-tier CNC machines.

In this role, you will:

Inspect, disassemble, and prepare spindle components for repair
Perform precise bearing measurements, fitments, and preload adjustments
Execute detailed assembly processes with a high level of accuracy
Contribute to complex repair and rebuild projects within a collaborative team

Responsibilities:

In short this role will support the continued growth of the business unit. This could include:

Assembling and building spindles in a clean-room environment
Support disassembly as needed
Part preparation and inspection
Some local driving as needed
Other activities in support of the growth and development of the business unit

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with hands-on experience in building or rebuilding spindles for industrial machinery. A strong understanding of bearing systems is highly valued, along with experience repairing, maintaining, or rebuilding precision equipment with tight tolerances.

Additional qualifications include:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documenting processes and maintaining accurate records
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as some spindle components require manual handling
