Stage: Early Growth (launched in Qatar, preparing for Saudi expansion)

Commitment: Full-time, Founder-level Equity + Compensation

As Co-Founder/CEO, you will:

• Lead the Saudi market launch and expansion strategy.
• Build and scale local operations, partnerships, and regulatory approvals.
• Own fundraising and investor relations with Saudi and MENA-based VCs and angels.
• Recruit and inspire a high-performing local team.
• Drive business development with cleaning & laundry service providers, payment gateways, and logistics partners.
• Shape product-market fit for Saudi households, ensuring localization and compliance.
• Be the face of the company in investor, partner, and media circles.

What We're Looking For

• Experience scaling on-demand services, marketplaces, or home services apps.
• Strong background in Saudi Arabia's startup ecosystem (operations, partnerships, or scaling experience).
• Network in Saudi VC, angels, and corporate partners.
• Hands-on operator with fundraising, growth, and execution skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership, resilience, hustle, and vision.
• Fluency in Arabic & English.
