نبحث عن مدير تشغيل مقهى يتمتع بخبرة عملية مثبتة في إدارة وتشغيل المقاهي، يكون مسؤولًا عن الإشراف الكامل على العمليات اليومية، وضمان كفاءة التشغيل، وجودة المنتجات، والالتزام بالمعايير التشغيلية والمالية، مع تحسين تجربة العملاء وتحقيق أهداف المنشأة.

We are seeking an experienced Café Operations Manager with proven hands-on experience in café operations. The role involves full responsibility for daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, financial control, and continuous improvement of customer experience.

المهام والمسؤوليات | Duties & Responsibilitiesأولًا: إدارة العمليات اليومية | Daily Operations

• الإشراف على سير العمل اليومي داخل المقهى.
• ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات التشغيلية (SOPs).
• إعداد وتنظيم جداول العمل ومتابعة الحضور والانصراف.
• التنسيق بين جميع أقسام التشغيل.

Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure full compliance with operational standards and procedures.
Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
Coordinate between all operational departments.

ثانيًا: إدارة الفريق | Team Management

• توظيف وتدريب الموظفين الجدد.
• تقييم أداء الموظفين ووضع خطط تطوير.
• معالجة المشكلات الإدارية والسلوكية.
• تعزيز الانضباط والالتزام بسياسات العمل.

Recruit, train, and onboard new staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
Handle staff-related issues professionally.
Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies.

ثالثًا: الجودة وتجربة العميل | Quality & Customer Experience

• ضمان جودة المنتجات والخدمة المقدمة.
• متابعة شكاوى العملاء والعمل على معالجتها.
• تحسين تجربة العميل بشكل مستمر.
• الالتزام بمعايير النظافة والصحة والسلامة.

Ensure product quality and service excellence.
Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.
Continuously enhance customer experience.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.

رابعًا: إدارة المخزون والمشتريات | Inventory & Procurement

• متابعة المخزون اليومي ومنع النقص أو الهدر.
• إعداد طلبات الشراء ومتابعة التوريد.
• مراقبة الاستهلاك وتقليل الفاقد.
• التنسيق مع الموردين.

Monitor daily inventory levels and prevent shortages or waste.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
Control consumption and minimize waste.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

خامسًا: الإدارة المالية | Financial Management

• مراقبة التكاليف التشغيلية.
• متابعة المبيعات والتقارير المالية.
• المساهمة في إعداد الميزانيات.
• تحليل الأداء المالي وتحسين الربحية.

Control operational costs and expenses.
Monitor daily sales and financial reports.
Assist in budget preparation.
Analyze financial performance and improve profitability.

سادسًا: التطوير والتحسين | Development & Improvement

• اقتراح تحسينات تشغيلية.
• المساهمة في تطوير قائمة المنتجات.
• متابعة مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs).
• ضمان تطبيق أنظمة وسياسات الإدارة العليا.

Propose operational improvements.
Contribute to menu development.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure implementation of management policies and systems.

الشروط والمؤهلات | Requirements & Qualifications

• خبرة لا تقل عن [3] سنوات في إدارة وتشغيل المقاهي (شرط أساسي).
• معرفة شاملة بعمليات المقاهي اليومية.
• مهارات قيادية وقدرة على إدارة فرق العمل.
• فهم جيد للتكاليف التشغيلية والمخزون.
• مهارات تنظيم واتخاذ قرار عالية.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

Minimum [3] years of proven experience in café operations (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of café daily operations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of cost control and inventory management.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
