We are seeking an experienced Café Operations Manager with proven hands-on experience in café operations. The role involves full responsibility for daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, financial control, and continuous improvement of customer experience.
المهام والمسؤوليات | Duties & Responsibilitiesأولًا: إدارة العمليات اليومية | Daily Operations
Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure full compliance with operational standards and procedures.
Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
Coordinate between all operational departments.
ثانيًا: إدارة الفريق | Team Management
Recruit, train, and onboard new staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
Handle staff-related issues professionally.
Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies.
ثالثًا: الجودة وتجربة العميل | Quality & Customer Experience
Ensure product quality and service excellence.
Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.
Continuously enhance customer experience.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
رابعًا: إدارة المخزون والمشتريات | Inventory & Procurement
Monitor daily inventory levels and prevent shortages or waste.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
Control consumption and minimize waste.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
خامسًا: الإدارة المالية | Financial Management
Control operational costs and expenses.
Monitor daily sales and financial reports.
Assist in budget preparation.
Analyze financial performance and improve profitability.
سادسًا: التطوير والتحسين | Development & Improvement
Propose operational improvements.
Contribute to menu development.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure implementation of management policies and systems.
الشروط والمؤهلات | Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum [3] years of proven experience in café operations (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of café daily operations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of cost control and inventory management.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
