Coffee shop Barista

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering excellent customer service in a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to company standards.
• Greet and assist customers with menu choices, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
• Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions accurately.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Restock and manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and café products.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/food service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and café operations is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and passion for coffee.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD200.000 - BD300.000 per month
