COLD CALLER

About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Cold Caller to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and setting up qualified appointments for the sales team. You should have excellent communication skills, confidence over the phone, and the ability to handle rejections positively.Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads to promote company products or services.
• Generate interest and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for the sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
• Research and update contact lists as required.
• Handle customer objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or similar role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and Urdu if required).
• Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or others) is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
