About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cold Caller – Cybersecurity to join our growing sales team. The role focuses on outbound prospecting and lead generation for cybersecurity and software services targeting US and UK markets.

This position is ideal for professionals with strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, and proven experience working with international clients—especially within the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US & UK markets
• Identify decision-makers (C-level, IT managers, security leaders)
• Present cybersecurity and software service solutions clearly and professionally
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems
• Follow approved sales scripts while adapting messaging to client needs
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Maintain strong product knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and services

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven cold-calling experience
• Mandatory experience in the US market
• C1 English level or higher (spoken and written)
• Strong neutral or American accent preferred
• Experience in software services or cybersecurity sales is highly preferred
• Excellent objection-handling and persuasion skills
• Ability to work US/UK business hours
• Strong work ethic and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work fully on-site in 6th of October City

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: 25,000 EGP
• Commission: Up to 9,000 EGP monthly (performance-based)
