We’re looking for an energetic and goal-driven Cold Caller with a strong US accent and experience in international client communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing prospects, and setting appointments for our IT sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US/GCC market to promote IT products and services.
  • Identify prospects, generate interest, and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads via email and phone to maximize conversion.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
  • Stay updated on company services, technology trends, and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling / telemarketing / lead generation, preferably in the IT or SaaS industry.
  • Strong US or neutral accent is required.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts / US time zones.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce) is a plus.
