Cold Caller (Night Shift)

Job Summary

The Cold Caller is responsible for proactively contacting potential customers via phone to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments or sales meetings. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases or lead lists
  • Introduce company products or services clearly and persuasively
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria
  • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Handle objections and customer rejections professionally
  • Follow approved calling scripts while adapting to conversation flow
  • Comply with company policies, data protection, and telemarketing regulations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is an advantage

  • Number of outbound calls made per day
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Conversion rate from calls to appointments/leads
  • Data accuracy and CRM updates
  • Attendance and punctuality

Office Location: DHA Phase 7, Karachi

Timing: 8pm to 5am

Working days: Mon-Fri

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
