We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Sales Executive to join our on-site night shift team.

This position involves calling potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored SEO solutions.

Shift Timing

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based businesses to promote and sell SEO services.

• Identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.

• Understand client pain points and explain how our services can help improve their online presence.

• Maintain detailed call logs, lead records, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding.

• Maintain a professional and confident tone in all client communications.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – must be fluent and confident.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, telesales, or client acquisition (preferably for digital marketing or SEO services).

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.

• Must be available for the night shift and willing to work on-site in Gulberg-III, Lahore.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 40,000 – 90,000 (based on experience)

Commission: High commission on every successful client deal.

Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly performance-based incentives.
