Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce IoT products and services.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Understand client needs and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Maintain and update CRM database with accurate client details.
  • Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and build strong client relationships.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in telesales / cold calling / customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English & Urdu.
  • Confidence in speaking to local and international clients over the phone.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic personality.
