Cold Calling Sales Executive – USA Campaign (Night Shift)

We are hiring Cold Calling Sales Executives for our USA-based campaign. This is a night shift role for candidates with strong English communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. prospects (B2C / B2B).
• Follow sales scripts, build rapport, and pitch services/products.
• Qualify leads and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
• Maintain call logs and update CRM system.
• Work closely with Team Lead for performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Excellent English (neutral or American accent preferred).
• Prior experience in international call centers / outbound sales is a plus.
• Comfortable working in night shift (U.S. hours).
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Minimum education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s (preferred).
