Collection Agent
to help us manage customer repayments in a way thatâs fair, respectful, and solution focused. This role isnât just about recovering paymentsâitâs about maintaining trust and supporting our customers through their financial journey.
đ What Youâll Do:

Engage with customers via calls, emails, and SMS to follow up on overdue payments

Understand individual circumstances and offer flexible, compliant repayment solutions

Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our systems

Escalate cases where needed and collaborate with internal teams

Track and meet recovery targets and SLAs

Stay up to date with UAE collections regulations and Wioâs customer-first philosophy
đ¤ What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in collections, recovery, or a customer-facing banking role
-
Strong negotiation skills with a calm and empathetic communication style

Comfortable working in fast-paced digital environments and using CRM/collection tools

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
