Collections Offcer

We are seeking an experienced Collections Officer with a solid background in banking collections or credit recovery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, expertise in managing overdue accounts, and possess a valid driving license to facilitate field visits.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in credit recovery or banking collections
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving license
• Highly organized with strong reporting capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of debt restructuring and credit risk management
• Familiarity with collections software or CRM platforms
• Comprehensive understanding of local debt recovery regulations
