## *Job Title: Commercial & Logistics Coordinator*

We’re seeking a dynamic *Commercial & Logistics Coordinator* to support our business expansion into new markets while managing end-to-end logistics, ensuring compliance, and optimizing supply chain operations. This role blends strategic coordination for new company setups with hands-on logistics management to drive efficiency and alignment across departments and partners.

### *Key Responsibilities*

#### A. *Company Setup & Regulatory Compliance*

* Liaise with consultants to establish new company entities across regions.

* Identify, analyze, and ensure adherence to country-specific technical, certification, and regulatory requirements relevant to our business, products, or services.

#### B. *3PL & Logistics Coordination*

* Source, evaluate, and finalize 3PL agencies capable of delivering full-spectrum logistics services—warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.

* Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, covering inbound/outbound shipments, inventory synchronization, last-mile dispatch, and documentation.

* Negotiate cost-effective contracts with logistics vendors and service providers.

#### C. *Supply Chain Optimization & Cost Management*

* Plan and execute transportation strategies using air, sea, road, or rail, balancing speed, cost, and reliability * * Drive cost-saving initiatives, including consolidating shipments or securing favorable carrier rates *

#### D. *Documentation & Reporting*

* Prepare and manage shipment documentation, such as bills of lading, packing lists, GRNs, invoices, customs forms, and regulatory filings

* Develop and deliver MIS reporting on inventory status, dispatches, transit status, logistics KPIs, and cost analysis.

* Facilitate compliance audits and support 3PL facility reviews.

#### E. *Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution*

* Define and track 3PL performance metrics like OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), lead time, accuracy, damages, and returns.

* Monitor logistics progress using tracking systems; resolve delays, damages, or documentation bottlenecks swiftly

### *Qualifications & Skills*

* *Education:* Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

* *Experience:* 3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL coordination roles.

* *Technical Proficiency:* Skilled in MS Excel (pivot tables, dashboards), ERP systems, TMS/WMS, and logistics tracking tools.

* *Knowledge Base:* Understanding of transportation modes, customs regulations, compliance, and warehousing operations

* *Communication & Negotiation:* Excellent vendor management, cross-functional coordination, and negotiation abilities.

* *Analytical Skills:* Strong in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.

* *Personal Attributes:* Detail-oriented, adaptable, resilient, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
