A Day in the Life As the Commercial Director for our Consumer Products Division in Pakistan, you will be a key architect of our commercial success, reporting directly to the Country Managing Director. You will lead a dynamic team and steer the strategy across all commercial functions to drive growth and market leadership for iconic brands like L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline New York.
In this role, you will:- Lead with Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy covering General Trade, Modern Trade, and Business Development to achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets.
- Drive Market Excellence: Oversee the Category and Trade Marketing teams to create impactful in-store and online activations that strengthen brand presence and drive consumer engagement.
- Foster Strategic Growth: Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key partners, and manage negotiations to secure L’Oréal’s competitive advantage in the market.
- Empower Your Team: Champion a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous development, leading a large and diverse team to commercial excellence.

- Have experience leading as a Commercial Director/Head of Sales/ Head of Business Development in FMCG/MNC clusters
