Role Overview

We are hiring a Commercial Enablement Operations Specialist to support the Director of Commercial Enablement and the broader commercial organization. This role is critical to ensuring smooth execution across outreach, trials, pipeline reporting, ICP targeting, and data quality.

The specialist will work closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Solutions Engineering, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations to maintain systems, reporting, and workflows that enable revenue teams to operate efficiently and effectively. This is a highly detail-oriented, execution-focused role with exposure to core commercial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Operations

  • Maintain and update Salesforce reports and dashboards to support pipeline visibility, trial health, and outreach performance
  • Prepare outreach burndown reports and performance summaries for Sales and SDR leadership
  • Support quota tracking, sales planning, and reporting initiatives as needed

ICP, TAM & Outreach Support

  • Build, clean, and maintain ICP and TAM lists using ZoomInfo and internal data sources
  • Load and manage lists in Koncert or similar sequencing tools
  • Monitor sequence activity and support top-of-funnel execution

Solutions Engineering & Trial Support

  • Assist Solutions Engineering with trial setup workflows and documentation
  • Ensure trial-related data is accurate and consistently tracked
  • Support coordination between Sales, Relationship Management, and Onboarding to improve first-time retention

Data Quality & Systems Support

  • Execute data quality checks across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Koncert
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce enhancements and new commercial workflows
  • Help ensure best practices are documented and adopted across teams

Documentation & Communication

  • Build and maintain internal documentation including process guides, workflows, and case studies
  • Draft internal commercial communications for Slack and email
  • Coordinate information flow across commercial teams to ensure alignment

General Support

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving business needs

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data validation
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign and marketing activity analysis
  • Strong working knowledge of ZoomInfo for list building and ICP evaluation
  • Experience with Koncert or similar outreach/sequencing tools
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data cleaning
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across commercial teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting revenue operations, sales enablement, or commercial operations teams
  • Prior exposure to SaaS or B2B sales environments
  • Experience supporting system enhancements or UAT processes
  • Previous experience working with distributed or remote teams

Work Timings

This is a full-time role with flexible US Hours' Shift. Specific hours will be determined based on business needs and candidate availability.
