Location: Qatar (Local Hire Only)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our Commercial, Contracts, Procurement, Logistics, and Tendering functions. The ideal candidate will drive commercial success, manage contractual risks, oversee procurement and logistics, and support business growth through effective tender management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial management experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in commercial management, contracts, procurement, tendering, cost control, logistics, and supplier management.
• Bilingual (English & Arabic) is mandatory.
• Must be currently available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
• Experience in Marine Construction, Offshore, Dredging, Oil & Gas, EPC, or Heavy Civil Infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• MBA and professional certifications (MRICS, MCIPS, PMP, CCM) will be an added advantage.
