TENDER MANAGER

Job Title: Tender Manager

Location: DOHA

We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the tendering process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit high-quality tender documents that meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for tenders.
• Analyze and assess tender specifications and requirements.
• Maintain a database of tenders and track submissions and outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tender Manager or in a similar role, preferably in CONSTRUCTION AND FITOUT
• Strong understanding of tendering processes and procurement practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
