Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operation, to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.

Ensure contracted agreements are executed accurately to fulfill company commitments.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve successful negotiations and collaboration.

Handle effectively all customers/tenants' complaints and requests ensuring proper actions are being taken to secure timely resolution in line with agreed communication guidelines.

Operate the CRM system by creating and following up on tickets to guarantee proper service cycle completion.

Ensure Health and safety standards are implemented across operations to maintain a safe working environment.

Monitor, Report and address operational issues to provide effective solutions that sustain efficiency.

Supervise and participate in promotion and marketing activities to ensure safe setup, execution, and dismantling.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
-
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Mall/Retail operations

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
