Commercial Partnership/Media Sales Director – Tech & Finance

AED 35-40,000 + commission


We are partnering with a leading global media company to find a Commercial Partnership Director to drive growth within the technology and finance sectors across the Middle East. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a premium portfolio of media brands across print, digital, social, and live events.


About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing high-value client relationships, developing innovative commercial solutions, and contributing to strategic partnerships. The role requires a senior professional with a strong track record in media sales, commercial partnerships, or business development, ideally within tech or finance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the tech and finance sectors.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and media agencies.
  • Negotiate and close advertising, sponsorship, and content partnership deals that create mutual value.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and exceptional client service.


Skills & Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a commercial sales, business development, or partnership role within media, publishing, or a related industry, ideally focused on tech and finance.
  • Strong network and relationships with clients and agencies in the MENA region.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
  • Experience developing and selling integrated solutions across print, digital, social, and events.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to operate independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region.
