Communiation Executive (Night Shift Only)

Job Type: Remote

Shift Timing: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) / Rotational

Salary: PKR 50 to 55k/ month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support and reply to delegate queries via HubSpot, WhatsApp, and other assigned platforms.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and service-oriented tone in all communications.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to all delegate inquiries within agreed SLAs.
• Conduct outreach activities to engage with potential and existing delegates.
• Collaborate with the team to identify common issues and share solutions.
• Escalate complex queries to the relevant department when required.
• Monitor chat platforms during the entire shift to ensure uninterrupted support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in chat support, customer service, or communications (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
