As a Communication & Change Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Applying the appropriate methodology, drive effective change management at the plant level; i.e. communications strategies and plans (including coordination and execution)
  • Identify the impacted population & the personas, design the local / regional comm' & change plan, ensuring all personas / stakeholders are addressed and all program work streams are involved
  • Coordinate with all program work streams the comm' & change needs, prepare the plan, design the comm' & change activities & execute the plan
  • Training plans: define strategies and planning with the inputs of the release manager and in full alignment with the work stream leaders: plan the trainings, secure the trainers attendance & the impacted populations are informed & attending the trainings
  • Conduct training needs analysis, developing training curriculums, training materials and training schedules
  • EIS: in coordination with the Build-The-Run leader, lead the comm' & change activities related with outdated tools decommissioning & new tools implementation
  • In coordination with the program PMO, maintain a Stakeholders list, stakeholders mapping and other OCM tools and reports

Qualifications;

  • 5–10 years in Change Management, Communications, or OCM roles
  • Experience in Digital Transformation, ERP implementation, or Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Communications planning (internal, cross-functional, program-wide)
    • Stakeholder mapping
    • Change impact assessments
    • Training coordination and curriculum development
    • EIS (Entry Into Service) communication and tool decommissioning
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
  • Candidates who have a strong knowledge of the French language are ideal

Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
