Adventure Kids Playcare is hiring a Guest Services Coordinator for the summer!

This role is the communication hub of our centers—supporting families, managing reservations, and ensuring every new guest has a smooth, welcoming experience before they even walk through our doors.

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating across phone, email, text, and chat—this is your role.

There is potentnal that this role turn into a permanent position.

What You’ll Do

• Enter reservations across multiple centers
• Reach out to new families who need to create an account before attending
• Answer incoming phone calls (friendly, confident, helpful)
• Return voicemails promptly
• Respond to emails, texts, and website chatbot messages
• Review new family registrations for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all required documents are uploaded and compliant

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Strong attention to detail (you catch what others miss)
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
• Clear and friendly written communication, excellent grammar
• Comfortable learning and using software systems
• Experience in customer service, admin, or childcare settings is a plus

• Training: Provided
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm

About Adventure Kids Playcare

We provide flexible, on-demand childcare for busy families with children ages 6 weeks–12 years. Families use us for date nights, last-minute plans, or just a break—so every interaction matters.

We’re fast-paced, family-focused, and growing—this role is critical to delivering a smooth, high-quality experience from the very first interaction.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
